Steven J. Arsht, MD, attended GW School of Medicine and Health Sciences in Seattle, WA, and received his medical degree in 1995. Then, he served his general surgery internship at George Washington University Hospital. Furthermore, he conducted his orthopedic surgery residency at the same educational venue. In addition, he completed his fellowship training in adult reconstruction at Beth Israel Medical Center. In addition, Dr. Arsht received board certification in orthopedic surgery and sports medicine from the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery. And, he remains at the forefront of his challenging specialty via memberships and affiliations with prestigious professional societies and associations. As a result, he is a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, the Eastern Orthopaedic Association, and the American College of Sports Medicine. In addition to his medical degree, he holds a BA degree in Psychology acquired at George Washington University (1991), where he received induction into the Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society.
